Terms of Use (Customer)

1. Nature of the Relationship

Razzo operates a digital technology platform (the "Razzo Platform") that facilitates the connection between customers ("Customers") and independent third-party drivers or service providers ("Service Providers"). Razzo does not employ, supervise, or control any Service Providers.

Any transportation or delivery service obtained through the Razzo Platform is provided pursuant to a direct contractual relationship between the Customer and the applicable Service Provider. Razzo acts solely as a disclosed agent for the purpose of facilitating service requests, fare calculation, and payment collection on behalf of the Service Provider.

2. Contractual Framework

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Razzo functions as an online marketplace that enables Customers to request transportation, delivery, or other services from independent third parties. Razzo does not itself provide such services.

Upon submission of a service request, the request is transmitted to available Service Providers, who may accept or decline the request at their sole discretion.

All Service Providers operate as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Razzo. Razzo does not exercise control over the manner, means, or performance of the services rendered by Service Providers.

By electing to use in-app payment functionality, the Customer authorizes Razzo to charge the Customer's designated payment method for all amounts due and payable in connection with the requested services.

3. Cancellations and Fees

If the Customer cancels a service request after the applicable grace or waiting period, the Customer may be assessed a cancellation or compensation fee. Any such fee will be disclosed to the Customer in advance through the Razzo Platform.

4. Registration and Eligibility

Use of the Razzo Platform is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering for or using the Platform, the Customer represents and warrants that they meet this eligibility requirement.

5. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

The Customer acknowledges that Razzo's Terms of Service include a binding arbitration provision. Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Razzo Platform must be resolved through individual arbitration, and the Customer waives the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

6. Independence of Razzo, Drivers, and Riders

Service Providers and Customers are independent parties who may accept or reject service requests at their discretion. Neither Razzo nor its employees direct, manage, or control the conduct of Service Providers or Customers in connection with the services arranged through the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability and Payment Obligations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Razzo disclaims and limits liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the Platform, service interruptions, or the acts or omissions of third parties or other users.

The Customer agrees to promptly pay all amounts owed under these terms upon demand.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

Razzo collects, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice. By accessing or using the Razzo Platform, the Customer consents to such processing.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Customers may contact Razzo customer support to address platform-related concerns. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, subject to the arbitration provisions outlined in the Terms of Service.
