Okada ride
Know the fare before you get on.
Book a motorbike from where you are to where you are going. The price is agreed on screen, the rider is approved to carry passengers, and the trip is on a map the whole way.
Why book an Okada on Razzo
Flagging a bike down means agreeing a price with somebody who already knows you are in a hurry. The app settles that before you get on.
One price, agreed first
The distance, the pickup estimate and the fare are shown together before you request. Sitting in traffic on the way does not push the price up.
Riders who chose to carry you
Every rider has their identity documents reviewed and approved before they can work at all. Carrying passengers is a separate setting, so an Okada request only reaches riders who have opted in to it.
Somebody can watch you get there
Share a live link and someone can follow the trip in a browser. The rider's name and plate are on screen the whole way.

Frequently asked questions
What is an Okada ride?
An Okada is a motorbike ride for one passenger. On Razzo you book it from the app, see the fare before you accept, and the trip is tracked on a map from pickup to destination.
How much does an Okada ride cost in Accra?
The fare is worked out from the distance and is on screen before you book. A short hop of a couple of kilometres is around GH₵13.00, and a longer trip costs more. Whatever the app shows you when you request the ride is what there is to pay, so there is nothing to negotiate at the roadside.
When do I pay for an Okada ride?
At the end of the trip, directly to the rider. Nothing is charged before the ride happens, and the app takes no card or mobile money details from you.
Are Razzo Okada riders checked?
Every rider on Razzo has their identity documents reviewed and approved before they can work at all. Carrying passengers is a separate setting a rider opts in to, so an Okada request only reaches riders who have turned it on.
Can someone follow my trip?
Yes. Share the live link from the app and someone can watch your trip in a browser without installing anything. The rider's name and plate are on the screen throughout.
Can I book an Okada ride in advance?
Not yet. Okada rides are booked for now and matched to a rider nearby. Scheduling ahead is available for parcel deliveries.
Can I take a parcel on an Okada ride?
If you are carrying it yourself, yes. If you want something delivered without travelling with it, book a courier instead. It is cheaper and can carry up to five drop-offs on one trip.
