Razzo Send

Send it now. Watch it the whole way.

One pickup, up to five drop-offs, priced before you book. A verified rider collects it and you follow the trip on a map until it is handed over.

Why send with Razzo

Forgetting something is only a problem when you have to go back for it. Getting an order to a customer across town should not need a phone tree and a favour.

The price before you book

Every drop-off is priced on its own and shown before you commit. What you agree to is what you pay at the door.

Five stops, one trip

Send to five people on one pickup and one trip, instead of booking five separate deliveries and chasing five riders.

A stack of wrapped parcels ready to be sent

No shipping labels

Nothing to print and no office to queue at. Have the parcel ready, hand it to the rider at the roadside, and it is on its way.

How sending works

  1. Say where

    Enter pickup and drop‑off

One pickup and up to five drop‑offs on the same trip. Type an address, drop a pin on the map, or pick a place you have saved. Add a landmark and who to call, so the rider finds you first time.

  2. Say what

    Describe the parcel

Choose a category, say whether it is fragile, and add a note for the person receiving. The rider sees all of it before they accept, not after.

  3. Pick your courier

    Choose a tier and book

Economy, Normal, Express or a motorbike, each priced per drop‑off. The fare is fixed the moment you choose one and does not change on the way.

  4. Follow along

    Track it to the door

Watch the rider on a map, message them in the app, and share a live link with whoever is receiving. You settle up with the rider on arrival.

What people send

Most of it is small and personal, and almost all of it is urgent. If a rider can carry it safely, Razzo can move it across Accra today.

Something you forgot

Keys, documents, a charger

The things that are only a problem because going back for them costs you an afternoon.

Something you sold

Customer orders

Send to five customers on one trip. Each drop-off is priced on its own and tracked on its own.

Something to celebrate

Gifts and last-minute things

Schedule for later

Say when it should go, and stop thinking about it.

A delivery does not have to leave the minute you book it. Choose a day and a thirty-minute window, and Razzo holds the job until then. Riders see scheduled work in advance and claim the slot, so a pickup booked on Monday for Thursday morning is lined up days ahead. If a window is still open an hour before it starts, our team is alerted and finds a rider.

  1. Build the delivery as normal

Pickup, drop-offs, what is inside and who is receiving. Nothing about the order changes because it is going later.

  2. Pick the day, then the window

Any day in the week ahead, and any half hour between 8am and 8pm. Windows run on the hour and the half hour, so the soonest one is fifteen to forty-five minutes away.

  3. A rider arrives in that window

You get the rider and the live map the same as any other delivery, and whoever is receiving can be sent the tracking link.

The fare is quoted before you confirm and it is the same fare that trip costs today. Booking ahead does not cost extra. If your plans move, open the delivery and pick a new window.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to send a parcel in Accra?

You see the exact fare before you book, priced for each drop-off separately. It is worked out from the distance and the courier you choose, so a short parcel across Accra is around GH₵8.00 on Economy and a longer one costs more. Once you pick a courier the price is fixed.

How many drop-offs can one delivery have?

Up to five on a single pickup. Each drop-off has its own recipient, its own note and its own price, and each is tracked separately so you can see exactly which stops are done.

What can I send with Razzo?

Anything a rider can carry safely on a motorbike: documents, keys, phones and electronics, clothing, food, medicine, gifts, spare parts and small hardware. Choose a category in the app and say if it is fragile so the rider handles it properly.

Does the person receiving need the app?

No. Share the tracking link and they can follow the rider in any browser, without installing anything or creating an account. If you gave their number, they also get a text when the rider reaches them.

Can I schedule a delivery for later?

Yes. Pick a day in the week ahead and a thirty-minute window, and a courier is sent at that time. You can open the delivery and move it to a different window while it is still waiting for a rider.

Do I get a receipt for a delivery?

Yes. Every completed delivery has a receipt you can download from the order or have emailed to you, itemised by drop-off.

How do I pay?

You pay the rider directly when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged up front and the app never takes a card or a mobile money number, so you never pay for a delivery that has not happened.

What if nobody accepts my delivery?

The app keeps looking for a courier and tells you if none is free. You can search again or schedule the pickup for a later time at the same price.
